Welcome to Zach Transport. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our moving services. By booking a move with us, you agree to comply with and be bound by these terms, which are designed to ensure a fair and efficient process for both our team and our customers.
Services Provided
Zach Transport provides professional moving services within Florida, including local neighborhood moves, city-to-city relocations, and state-to-state moving assistance. Our services include loading, transportation, and unloading of household or commercial goods.
Quotes and Estimates
All quotes provided are estimates based on the information provided regarding inventory and distance. Final costs may vary if the actual volume of items or service requirements differ from the initial request. Estimates are valid for 30 days from the date issued.
Scheduling and Cancellations
A move is confirmed once a deposit or confirmation is received. If you need to reschedule or cancel, please notify us at least 48 hours in advance. Cancellations made within shorter timeframes may be subject to a cancellation fee to cover administrative and labor logistics.
Customer Responsibilities
Customers are responsible for ensuring all items are properly packed and labeled unless packing services are explicitly ordered. You must also ensure that parking and building access are secured at both the origin and destination locations prior to our arrival.
Prohibited Items
For safety and legal reasons, we cannot transport hazardous materials, include flammables, explosives, or illegal substances. We also recommend that customers personally transport high-value jewelry, currency, and critical legal documents.
Liability and Damages
Zach Transport takes every precaution to protect your items. Our liability for any loss or damage is limited according to standard industry valuation unless additional coverage is purchased. Any claims must be reported within 24 hours of delivery.
Delays
While we strive for punctuality, Zach Transport is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control, including severe weather, significant traffic incidents, or mechanical failures. We will always communicate updates as they occur.
Payment Terms
Full payment is due upon completion of the unloading process. We accept various forms of payment including major credit cards and bank transfers. Services are subject to applicable Florida state taxes where required by law.
Refusal of Service
We reserve the right to refuse service if working conditions are deemed unsafe, if staff are treated with hostility, or if requested services violate local or federal regulations.
Changes to Terms
Zach Transport may update these Terms and Conditions periodically. Continued use of our services following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.
